What our customers are saying about us

Booked for 8 kids (13 year olds) for a birthday celebration.

Location is good: close proximity to Maxwell MRT station exit 1, and great variety of f&b options just steps away.

The place was clean and tidy, with powerful air-conditioning. Toilets and lockers available onsite.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They were patient with the many questions from the kids about the game options, and also provided appropriate recommendations. Instructions were clear and concise. The staff were always on hand, quick to assist whenever the kids faced any issues during the game.

The kids spent about an hour playing Escape Room + another hour on Among Us and laser tag. Was a fun bonding session and they had a blast.

Thank you for hosting our party. We will be back again soon 🙂

Played the Jungle Quest escape room with the family: 2x adults and 2x 8 year olds. The kids needed quite sometime to familiarise with the controls but got the hang of it after awhile. They had a lot of fun as is a unique experience for them (They played a physical escape room and VR arcade before). We were so close to completing the room and just needed another 5-10mins to finish the last part!

I went with 3 kids aged 8-12 and 2 other adults for a 1 hour package. The instructors were patient and everyone had a good time. Well, everyone but me because we started with ‘among us’ and it gave me crazy nausea so the instructor took over my role and ‘killed’ my kids, which they later found very funny. Since I was unwell I also found the place quite comfy with clean toilets. Recommended 🙂

Frequently asked questions

Generally, 9 years old is the recommended minimum age to enjoy our VR games, or 140cm and above in height, but a lot is dependent on individual development and proficiency, and the level of adult guidance.

It is possible for younger children to try VR, but it has to be done strictly under close adult supervision. There is also a higher possibility that the VR gear may not fit younger children well, that they may not meet the physical requirements of the games, or that they may not be able to fully understand and appreciate the games.

(Age suitability may vary between different games, please feel free to check with our staff).

Virtual Reality is NOT suitable for the epileptic.

If you have a history of photosensitive seizure, anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress or heart condition, you should consult a doctor before putting on a VR headset.

The pregnant, elderly or handicapped should exercise extra caution. They will be advised on a case-by-case basis. Some VR experiences can be enjoyed seated.

Most of our VR games will NOT cause motion sickness.

Motion sickness is mainly caused by body motion conflicting with mental motion during a VR experience. Most of our games (including all our VR Escape Games) adopt a “teleportation” movement system that reduces the need for body movement, thereby greatly reducing the tendency for motion sickness.

We do offer more intense and fast moving VR Arcade Games, some that uses “locomotion” movement controls. But these games are usually reserved for more experienced players.

Statistically, less than 1% of our players have had the need to stop their game due to overbearing motion sickness.

Our advise is this: a VR experience is the best opportunity for you to face your fears without the risk of any real danger 🙂 The gratification can be very rewarding when you eventually overcome them! However, be warned our VR experiences are extremely immersive and the fears you face can be very real. Therefore, we would advise those suffering from extreme phobia to not attempt them. Do check with our staff if the game you picked contains them.

You are most welcome to do so 🙂

Do contact us in advance so that our friendly VR Game Masters can prepare for you a short tour of our facilities and also a Free introductory VR Demo Session.
