Shophouses gazing along Tanjong Pagar Road
Tanjong Pagar is a multicultural area with international dining and diverse nightlife options. Craig Road and Duxton Hill have a mix of bars and global restaurants, while Maxwell Road Food Centre is known for street food such as noodles and chicken rice. “Little Korea”, at the northern end of Tanjong Pagar Road, has casual eateries and specialist grocery stores. Nearby, Everton Park is known for its hip cafes.
Club Street and Ann Siang Road
Ann Siang Road and Club Street are buzzing with energy come nightfall—the roads are closed to traffic on Friday and Saturday evenings, with crowds (and maybe even drinks) spilling out onto the streets. This is probably the coolest stretch for bars and restaurant in central singapore. Truly, the most under rated.
Buddha Tooth Relic Temple
The temple was based on the architectural style during the Tang dynasty and built to house the tooth relic of the historical Buddha. This temple is actually located right across VR World. We saw this temple build from the ground up. Viewing of Sacred Buddha Tooth Relic timing: 9 a.am. and 6 p.m
Chinatown Complex
The biggest hawker center in Singapore with Michelin Star Hawker. You will get lost inside and we think there is more than a thousand hawker stall inside plying their trade. It is one of the bucket list to go eat there. You will be spoiled for choice and the price is so affordable.
Chinatown, Street Market
Walk along here to enjoy the colorful rows of shophouses and canopy stalls selling souvenirs and such. Catch buskers around and enjoy the festivity during the Chinese New Year period.
